Introducing our new psychiatrist: Dr. Jesus-Martin Maldonado-Duran

Dr. Maldonado-Duran, a psychiatrist working in our Complex Care Clinic at Texas Children's Main Campus at the Texas Medical Center, was inspired by the good things happening at the Sanchez Family Center. As Dr. Maldonado-Duran works with our team in the Complex Care Clinic on his replacement, he has agreed to help cover patients in both clinics for three months. We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Maldonado-Duran's on his first day at the Sanchez Family Center on Tuesday, March 5.

Introducing our new licensed clinical social worker: Ana Thornton

We are also pleased to report that after conducting a rigorous search, Ms. Thornton, a licensed master social worker who has been with the Sanchez Family Center since 2011, completed her studies to become a licensed clinical social worker and has begun providing therapy for our patients.
